At Light and Dark Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Sale items, gift cards, and customized/ personalized products are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Prepare Your Return: Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size , please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as shipping for the new item.
